Simpson Groupe was founded by its current President, Noel Simpson, who has been a Montrealer since birth and an expert in real estate since 2015.
Over the span of his career, Noel had assumed the role of President for syndicates in which he took on a multitude of responsibilities including forecasting projects for co-owners, setting up funds, managing day-to-day operations and more. He took pride as the main point of contact for all his clients and excelled in his mandates.
In 2018, Noel saw the potential of certain boroughs, notably Ville Marie and Hochelaga, in terms of growth and made his first strategic investment. Since then, he has made significant real estate investments in Montreal while ensuring the pleasant everyday life of his tenants while meticulously managing the properties. His ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders such as tenants, syndicates, suppliers, and investors has been unmatched.
