Over the course of his career, Noel served as President for multiple condo syndicates, taking on a wide range of responsibilities — from forecasting projects and setting up contingency funds, to managing the day-to-day operations of buildings across Montreal. He took pride in being the primary point of contact for every client and consistently excelled in his mandates.
That hands-on experience shaped how Simpson Groupe operates today. Noel built a team of seasoned professionals with a combined 20+ years of condo management experience in Montreal — covering everything from administration and finance to building operations and emergency response.
His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with boards of directors, suppliers, and co-owners has remained unmatched throughout his career, and it's the same standard his team upholds with every syndicate they manage.
